Resdence Inn Waldorf, is searching for an energetic, self-motivated individual to join our Team. Sales professionals in the hospitality industry spend most of their working hours building their networks and contacting clients and prospects. This important position is responsible for creating outstanding guest experiences from initial contact to the ongoing relationships that follow.

Essential Functions
Solicit new business, make prospecting calls and outside client visits
Maximize revenue by creatively selling all facets of the hotel to previous, current and potential clients
Handle details ensuring all pertinent aspects of solicitation and closing are complete and documented
Service accounts with internal and external communication as necessary
Prepare information for, meet with, and entertain clients as deemed appropriate to obtaining potential business from that account
Provide an exceptional level of service
Communicate both verbally and in writing in a friendly and positive manner
Utilizing technology to their sales advantage
Being a strong contributor to the Sales Department team goals and whole hotel revenue
